i had a fantastic stay at elba madrid alcala for 4 nights. the standard double room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver. The location is great. it’s close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. big thanks to the lady at reception who helped me access a computer when i needed it!

The suite was truly amazing, spacious and clean, which made our 2-night stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. However, the bar service was lacking, with long waits for drinks as staff seemed preoccupied with the ordering system. Additionally, during dinner, food was left to cool before being served. If you're looking for a great location and comfortable rooms, you'll find it here, but service could greatly improve.

great access to parks and landmarks for perfect city strolls

During my recent stay, I truly appreciated how easy it was to explore the beautiful Parque Juan Pablo II, which is almost 2 km away, and to visit the bustling V de Vegas, just a short walk of less than 5 minutes. these spots made my city wanderings all the more enjoyable as I soaked in the local scenery and culture, making my weekend memories even more special.

i had a relaxing stay here, much better than my previous experience in madrid. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, which made it a wonderful retreat after a day of sightseeing. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly squeezed orange juice.
